وجود فهم واضح لعملية التثبيت ومتطلبات القوى العاملة لمشاريع التجهيز والبناء.
القدرة على استخراج وإعداد حزم العطاءات الواضحة للتخصصات المتعاقد عليها من الباطن مثل النجارة والألمنيوم والزجاج والأرضيات. إلخ
على دراية بالنجارة المتطورة في البيئات السكنية والمكتبية ، والقدرة على إنشاء BOQs على مستوى المكونات وقوائم المواد الخام المطلوبة لإكمال المشروع.
القدرة على مساعدة المبالغ المؤقتة في العقود الحالية ، والتنسيق مع قسم التصميم وإنشاء BOQs مفصلة (مستوى المكون) ضمن الميزانيات المتفق عليها
القدرة على تقييم رسومات العطاء المستلمة وتوجيه قسم المبيعات بشأن أفضل الممارسات والمواد والمعدلات المطبقة على العطاء
القدرة على التعرف على خيارات هندسة القيمة واقتراحها في مرحلة ما قبل العقود وبعدها.
القدرة على الإشراف على فريق من QSs والمقدرين.
القدرة على إعداد تقارير قسم QS مفصلة.
القدرة على التحكم في أسعار المقاولين من الباطن والموردين ومراقبتها والحفاظ على قائمة أسعار وقيم محدثة.
خبرة واسعة في العمل مع أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات.
مؤهلات
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في شركة جاهزة مقرها دبي.

Quantity surveyor manager
Are you looking for an experienced pre and post contract QS Manager with a major background of high end villas and offices.
It is essential for applicants to have deep technical knowledge and the ability to convert concept drawings into a detailed component level BOQ ready for the purchasing department to conduct the clear tendering process - 'apple to apple'.
responsibilities
Familiar with all construction trades and subsidiary trades
Familiar with all civil construction trades
Familiar with all the major aluminum and glass manufacturing companies available in the local market - (products and commercial prices)
Familiarity with all types of interior finishing materials common in the local market - (products and commercial prices)
Familiar with MEP for high end villa and office fit outs
Having a clear understanding of the installation process and manpower requirements for fit-out and construction projects.
Ability to extract and prepare clear bid packages for sub-contracted specialties such as Carpentry, Aluminium, Glass and Flooring. etc.
Familiar with high end joinery in residential and office environments, ability to create component level BOQs and raw material lists required to complete a project.
Ability to assist with provisional amounts on existing contracts, coordinate with design department and create detailed BOQs (component level) within agreed budgets
Ability to evaluate bid drawings received and direct the sales department on best practices, materials and rates applicable to the bid
The ability to identify and propose value engineering options at the pre- and post-contract stage.
Ability to supervise a team of QSs and estimators.
Ability to prepare detailed QS department reports.
Ability to control and monitor prices of subcontractors and suppliers and maintain an updated price list and values.
Extensive experience working with ERP systems.
qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in a ready-made company based in Dubai.
