E-commerce support specialist - bilingual in English and Arabic
What we expect from you:
We are looking for a candidate with working knowledge, experience and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operations within an e-commerce support environment. You are responsible for assisting our customers with inquiries about their e-commerce site. You will primarily work on support tickets, take information on technical issues or modifications, and be the first point of contact for customer support. You need to have a good understanding of e-commerce projects and live e-commerce sites. In addition, you must be well informed and actively communicate to explain bugs, bugs, and issues you have received to our development team, as well as understand and understand new functional updates and existing feature updates requested by customers.
